Return and Refund Policy
We accept eligible returns within 14 days after delivery.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging where applicable. You may be asked to provide your order number, proof of purchase, and photos if needed.
How to request a return
To request a return, please contact us first through our Contact page or by email at xuzhibao1@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not send a package back before your return request is confirmed. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted.
Return shipping cost
For customer-requested returns, including change of mind, wrong item selected, incorrect address, or other reasons not caused by our store, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact us first so we can confirm whether the return is eligible and provide the correct return instructions.
No return handling fee
We do not charge an additional return handling fee.
Non-returnable items
Some items may be final sale or non-returnable, including items marked as final sale, used items, damaged items caused by customer handling, or items that cannot be safely resold after opening or use.
Damaged, wrong, or missing items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If the item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our store or shipping handling, we will review the case and provide a reasonable solution.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
Shipping times and customs
International delivery times may vary because of customs clearance, destination country procedures, and local carrier handling. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
